The Stonehenge was cleverly hidden, in fact it was completely undetectable for
any mere mortal that walked these lands. Still, I was brought here to take
part in the unfolding events that might shake the very foundation of this
realm. The druids that kept this place had only told me that it was a matter
of the utmost urgency that I be brought here.

The druids were already forming a circle inside the Stonehenge when I entered
through the massive stone monuments that formed a ring around this magical
place. Oddly enough inside the ring there was no rain, actually not even the
sound of raindrops pounding on the wet grounds. There was even a pleasant warm
gush of wind that gave warmth to my weary old bones.

I was given a task. A task which I was told was of the utmost importance. But
first, the druids told me of the Prophecy. The world was doomed, was the short
version of the story. The heavy downpour of rain was the first sign of the
Prophecy coming true, the second was the sudden volcanic activities that were
beginning to form all around the realm. The druids explained me that the next
step would be huge rifts that would open up from the ground, spitting out
molten lava as it swallowed any unfortunate animals and sentient beings that
happened to be there during the quakes.

Sadly, the druids, their principle being total objectivity, told me that it
was not for them to try to save the realm from complete desctruction. But at
least they felt it their job to carry the messages of the past to a safe
location while the druids went on to phase to another dimension to start
anew.

The druids kept a huge library. Even the great halls of the Shadowkepian
library might pale in comparison. There was no way of getting every last
scroll and parchment aboard my priced Prosperity frigate. Even with it\'s vast
number of cargo holds I would only be able to transfer a fragment of the
information to safety. Even with the additional space I got from the druid
created pockets of distorted space that tenfolded the amount of space
available on my ship wasn\'t enough to take more than the essentials from the
library, but it would have to do. Others would be summoned to take out the
rest if there was time enough.

I was given a gush of wind to get my vessel on my way towards Bat City where
the information could be preserved. But the path ahead of us was long, and it
involved going through the worst patches of rain there was ever recorded. But
nevertheless, a task I was given, and I was not about to back away just
because some storms were headed our way. I\'ve sailed though storms before,
though granted that nothing as big as this.

We had been on our way for the better half of a day when suddenly the rain
stopped. Even the wind came to a halt and we were forced to break out the oars
to stay moving. A few hours into the calm waters our lookout suddenly spotted a
large distortion in the surface. It seemed like a tail, splashing a watercloud
high up the air as it went underwater again.

For what seemed to be an eternity, all we could hear was silence as the crew
stood still, petrified by fear. The size of that tails owner must be at least
as large as our ship. Afterwards, as I think about it, I probably should had
ordered the oars up, but it\'s all in the past now, no changing it. Turned out
the eye of the storm, as we thought it was, was not really that, but a magical
serenity we had disturbed.

The beasts suddenly sprung from the water, lashing their tails at my precious
frigate. I guessed the beasts must be some of Draen-Dalars creations, as they
were the most hideous creatures I\'ve ever seen, and I\'ve seen things more
hideous than most of you ever will. The hull slowly started to give in to the
constant pounding, and I was forced to order my men to the lifeboats, guiding
two liftmagi to each boat to carry us safely away.

From a distance, I was able to see through my telescope that the beasts had
finally bested my ship, and it was slowly sinking beneath the murky water, its
valuable cargo lost, perhaps forever. I made a mental note on our coordinates
though, if by some miracle I might be able to return later, to salvage my
vessel and its cargo.

Lucky for us, our coordinates weren\'t all that far from Shadowkeep, and even
though the storm raged on after we got out from the beasts, most of us saw
that as a confirmation that the ordeal was over. At least we would be able to
get some nice Shadowkepian hospitality.

Pulling up to the docks, I noticed many, many other ships that had found
shelter there, seemingly the heavy rain was still pouring in every corner of
the realm. I bid my sailors farewell there, and headed towards the inn for a
good nights rest. I found the inn was quite packed, but I managed to get a
room after much debate and way too much bribery.

Looking out the windows of my room, I saw the water in the harbour fading away
to a huge crack in the sea that opened up some distance from the Keep. I felt a
bit dizzy then, like I would being back in the storm on the deck of my ship,
but the Keep couldn\'t be drifting like that.

..Or could it?
