Sine it has caused a good few deaths over the years, the "walk" command will
no longer take you out to the open ocean unless you have a realistic chance of
surviving the journey. Other water sources, like rivers and lakes, are not
affected.

I don't think there are a ton of standard walk routes that take you out to
Sea. If I'm wrong, then I might reverse this safety catch, and let people
continue to risk their own death.
