It appears the sp cost of the "go" spell was causing some confusion, and
therefore, some illogical behavior. Basically, what happened before was as
follows: trips under a certain distance were given a discounted sp cost, while
trips over that distance were not discounted at all. As such, "cast go at
east" tended to cost next to nothing, even a few times in a row, while "cast
go at australia" would cost quite a lot. This was done to take into account
that multiple castings would suck up valuable time, especially with low
percent. However, the result appears to be a lot more extreme (and silly) than
the original tune was trying to get.
As such, the "go" spell has been modified in the following ways:
-- the "discount" that used to apply only to short trips has been cut in half,
and now applies to all trips, regardless of distance.
-- the maximum distance you can go in a single spell has been increased.
-- the effects of mastery on the sp costs has been made less random.
If these tunes turn out to be even sillier, we can reinstate the old version.
