Greets, a friendly level 100 American player pointed out that stats, or the
bonuses derivered thereof, acted funny when you reach the 301/351/401 marks. I
have now changed the code so that there are no 'fixed steps at fixed
intervals', but it's more linear.
As not to make this a complete downtune, I've slightly increased the amount
stats above 400 affect 'things'. But only slightly.
