Current system which chooses leader is full of abuses holes and in short,
utterly stupid. Could someone tweak it abit?, nice to see that some nubu who
raises mostly people get leads each time its chosen. Perhaps guildage should
affect bit more, and exp_spend_in_spells/skills abit, not too much.
Bigger heals/party heals should affect also same as smaller heals on "rep".
Nice to see that tarmalen who has played year in guild castin clw,csw,ccw has
same "rep" than some different healer who has been 3-4years in guild casting
bigger heals/party heals.

Oh so sad and true. The system currently punishes people doing eq where
healing spells mostly are big heals/party heals. Currently it seems that
casting true party heal is next to useless repwise, while considering the sp
and rounds it takes, and the amount healed I strongly feel it should do at
least _something_. This system, in my opinion, is pure bs.
