As many of you know, there are levels of "indoors" in BatMUD. For example,
windows. The problem in this case was a room with overhanging tree branches,
or a balcony overhead, or something similar which gives some, but not total,
protection from the weather and other related effects.

However, having started some fires of my own in my time (but no convictions!),
I don't see the problem with starting fires in such places. Therefore, it is
now possible.

Windows, on the other hand, are not sufficient ventilation. They still don't
work.
