It would be nice if the leader of the current season (ie. summer leader at the
summer) would get some small extra suffeli (ie. max charge in the staff or
reduced pool drainage etc.)

Perhaps you should do a bit more research and investigation into the subject
before you start making vague, unprovable claims about it or demanding
upgrades for it which already exist. That way, I wouldn't have to call you
ignorant on open channels.
