Testing a new auto-anti-spam control on channels. This should lower the amount
of
-- enter keys sticking on Zmud spam (zmud sucks, don't use it)
-- players quoting their experience spent on channels
-- players trying to robot-ress after a pwipe
-- similar assorted silliness

Party channel and all ss+ channels are immune -- you joined up, you know what
you are getting into.

If this blocker seems to have mroe good sides than bad sides, I'll make it
permanent.

Since I have not heard any complaints about people being blocked when they
should not have been -- in fact, I don't think anyone was blocked other than
Damogran (funny story) -- I'm making the changes permanent. If there are
comments or concerns, talk to me directly about them.
