I would like a quick clarification on this. Does this tune apply to weapons
that you CAN wield with 2 hands, or only IF you wield it with 2 hands. Also,
how does this affect weapons that are forceweilded in 2 hands due to size, but
are 1 handed to a larger race? I am not sure if i am typing my thought
coherently, so i can try to re-explain if you are lost.
