As most of you offtanks are aware, the amount of +damage bonus you get from eq
is reduced if you have more than two attacks per battle tick. Starting at
reboot, this will be greatly modified. The +damage is now only reduced if your
primary attacks (including weapons and martial arts) exceeds 2, and your
secondary attacks (lizardman's tail, minotaur's horns, sabre fencing, etc)
will not reduce this amount.

This means:
-- minotaurs, centaurs, lizardmen, sprites and thrikhren are no longer
penalized for having extra limb attacks. These attacks are purely bonus
attacks which don't reduce the effect of your more dangerous weapon or martial
arts strikes. However, these extra attacks will continue to get less of the
+damage effect just like they did before.
-- the same holds true for anyone who finds uber eq that gives bonus attacks.
It will not cause your primary attacks to do decreased damage anymore.
However, these too might not hit quite as hard as they did before.
-- most races are humanoids with 2 arms and 2 hands to use weapons/attack
unarmed. They will not notice the effects of this tune at all.
-- barsoomians are still scrood. But then, what else is new? But this tune
does not affect them, either.
-- use of special skills that let you attack more than once per battle tick
with the same weapon (such as sabre fencing) do not cause a +damage reduction,
nor are they lowered themselves (they use their own calculations).
