There was discussion on tarmalens channel about casting heal all and its
effects to get feed back from subjects of it.
Some people wanted that casters name would be removed and replaced different
message from heal all, or just use \"someone\" like with
invisibility.

Would this better as option for general or just special casting amount?
cast heal all at 0 (zero) or some BIG number like 9999?
