After several weeks of researching the more advanced blueprints
for shipbuilding I am glad to announce that this advanced knowledge
is now available for almost all vessels. This research will allow
me to apply reinforcements to the hulls and sails of vessels of
class 3 and above.

To go along with this research I have written two volumes and placed
them in the Bat City Library. The first volume "Ship Reinforcements,
A Beginners Guide" goes into detail explaining what ship reinforcements
are, what they do, and how they are applied to a ship. The second volume
"Ship Reinforcements, Pricing Structure" are the costs associated with
the upgrades for vessels. You can also search the vast volumes in the
Bat City Library for book #945 and #946.
