So as not to quit a good tuning spree, the fishing skill was tuned quite.. I
would say.. dramatically. It's now possible to catch a fish and not actually
manage to get it ashore; also, there are rumors that some monsters load a
'fishing rod'.. Or perhaps your friendly neighbourhood merchant could make you
one? Don't know, you better go experiment, my disciples.
For those of you only looking at hard facts, here's the brief: You HAVE been
downtuned, but at the same time, some inherent randomness of the skill was
removed.
