Ok, the code seems to work, although I'm sure you all will abuse it thoroughly
and find some bug ;)

Training has now been completely changed:
1) You can hire regular crew at will, and specify their name at the start.
2) Everyone has their own individual promotion queue, and you can have up to 5
crew in training at a time (of each crew type).
3) Each boot, you may have a special crewmember you can choose to hire.
- You need some rep in order to have any chance of this at all,
in order to avoid giving incentives to multichars. This is also
based on the max rep you have achieved in the guild, so changing
aligns won't affect the probability of a specialist.
Currently, the probabilities cap out at just the 2nd rep stage,
so you don't have to spend ages to even have a chance at a trainer.
Although, that's not to say that other, new crew types might not
require higher rep sometime in the future.
Oh yes, and special crew are always hired at rank 4.
