You can no longer train stat points at any ss+ unless you have levels in that
ss+. Obviously, there's no point in even trying to train stat points unless
you have at least one ss+ level...so you may as well train it there.
What I would _like_ to do is enforce that you only train stat points at the
ss+ where you got the access in the first place, i.e. only train
ipokeyouintheeye+ stat points at the ipokeyouintheeye+ guild room. But making
that back-compatible proved to be more trouble than I needed on a Friday
night. Maybe later.
