In order to keep the momentum going, and see how this turns out, the
nomination of candidates needs to begin.

Bear with me, the instructions may be a little tricky.

So, now, until the end of March, you can propose candidates. The way it works
is:
a) You send me mudmail announcing your candidacy, and
b) You get someone else to send a mail on your behalf.

So in short: You need one reference to nominate yourself as a candidate.

Come April, we will have first round of elections, implemented using the
poll-system. Each player has one vote. The 5 most voted persons will
participate in round two, out of which the two most popular will be chosen.
