I think Troll should get this (regeneration) if that is the case being made.
What Lammas is trying to say here that there aren't any "tank" races that have
faster than normal heartbeat(which is called fast metabolism). To my knowledge
there aren't many races alltogether that have fast metabolism. Thus people
take fast metabolism boons, or get some equipment which grant these bonuses to
them.

There are races that could get this fmeta from race and could be used as a
nomad(or which ever tank reinc). You just need to stop playing barsoomian with
empyreans to make this available to you. ,)

Amd LORD the satyr with fast metabolism through boon and eq.
