aren't cargo holds used for transporting cargo....and if you mean transporting

Well, yes, boxes or someting similar, just as ship feature. Maybe furniture
store can make em, maybe merchants. I'm not an expert on these things, but I
had this funny feeling it isn't traditional to transport cargo by dumping it
all on the floor in a big pile.
