Over the years we have had many requests to manually transfer
taskpoints from normal bat to hcbat. To guarantee fairness, it
is now possible to do such a transfer from the TP Shop.

Note that taskpoints can only be transferred from normal BatMUD
to hcbat. It is not possible to transfer them from hcbat to
normal bat. Also, the standard rules about permanent death in
hcbat applies, so if you die in hcbat you will lose all task-
points regardless of their origin. Hence any taskpoint transfer
is entirely at your own risk.

Taskpoints are transferred at a 1:1 ratio and it requires the
hcbat character to be online at the time of the transfer.
