Aelenas who have studied the art of poisoning well and have great insights
into the use of poisons have noticed that they've developed a resistance to
poisons.

The shadow familiars have gone through quite a change as well. They have to
work harder to keep their masters afloat and only the best trained can do it
continuously. They also have developed a low level self-awareness, enough to
determine when they're going to grow stronger. Some familiars have the ability
to take on a form of black wings, hoisting their masters into the air. This
has taken its toll on the familiars and they won't be able to keep their
masters in the air constantly unless they're very well trained in that
process.

they can consume, familiar consume <name of organ> is now available. Familiars
can also harvest random organs with the "any" argument, e.g., familiar harvest
heart any or familiar harvest any any.
