Some little tunes for summer. Even Psionicists deserve some love.
-Mindseize can be cast in cities, but still not in playercities.
-When Psionicist devastates a mind, it reduces psiress for a while.
-Exptune is somewhat less harsh on higher level monsters.
Oh, and Tarmalen rewards altruism more than not.
