Could using reaver skills please allow gaining energy from a kill even if they
are deflected? Currently in order to get anything from a kill, you need to not
only use a reaver attack on the mob (which is fine), but the RNG needs to like
you enough to actually grant you a hit. This is probably fine at layer 3-4,
but lower layers are a different story entirely. Was doing HBM last night, and
got pretty much no energy at all out of it, because my 90% scythe swipe is
entirely incapable of hitting a 100k+ mob, and word of spite is not an option
with kharim levels.

Alternatively and preferred, could this ridiculous miss rate at lower layers
be looked at? I'm told it's fine at layer 4 when you can get 100% way of the
scythe, so how about letting us train way of the scythe to 100% right from the
start (won't alter the power ceiling at all), or altering WOTS to affect
damage or something instead of to-hit? Having your skills fail all the time is
interesting exactly 0% of time, and doubly so when your to-hit modifier is
gated behind a mechanics that requires your super-inaccurate skills to hit.

(yes, I know that word of spite exists, but can't cast in combat with kharim
levels, so that's out)
