Good Day Sailors,

It's been a long week for me here...In preparation of the upcoming (*cough*
two weeks *cough*) release of my long-planned Islas de Tormentas expansion,
the following Prepatch changes have been applied:

Islas 0.1.0 - Summary - Changes to player ship cannons and harpoons.

Islas 0.1.1 - Player ship Cannon damage has been increased significantly to
properly reflect how many active cannons are being used.

Islas 0.1.2 - Cannon attacks will now use the number of cannonballs
corresponding to the number of active cannons. Cannonball shortages resulting
in partial barrages are penalized accordingly.

Islas 0.1.3 - Player ships are now capped at a maximum number of cannonballs
on board. The base formula is 150*(class-3). There is no cargo penalty for
storing cannonballs at your base supply limit.

Islas 0.1.4 - Players may now purchase the addition/removal of Cannonball
Racks for your cargo holds (1 per hold). They weigh a base amount of 50kg +
2kg for each additional cannonball (max 100), which will count against your
cargo speed penalty. Your crew will do the work of distributing them evenly
across all your holds. The weight speed penalty is not applied beyond your
theoretical maximum.

Islas 0.1.5 - Player ship crews will automatically scale down your existing
supplies proportionately, with the exception of any 'upgraded[+]' ammunition.
They will continually dump extra cannonballs overboard for a while until you
are at your limit.

Islas 0.1.6 - Player ship crews will no longer accept additional cannonballs
beyond your ship's capacity. They will let you know when you're full.

Islas 0.1.7 - The Powder Room shop will no longer directly stock your ship
with purchased ammunition. It will be crated and given to you as a
tradeable/depositable item instead.

Islas 0.1.8 - Player ships are now capped at a maximum number of harpoons on
board. The base amount that your harpoon launcher can store is 40. This limit
does not scale with ship class.

Islas 0.1.9 - Players may now purchase the addition of Harpoon Racks to keep
on deck (1 per deck section). There are no penalties associated with the
purchase/use of harpoon racks. We just want your money.

Islas 0.1.10- Player ship crews will automatically NOT be scaling down your
harpoon supplies, however, they will stop accepting additional harpoons beyond
your ship's limit.

The above changes will take effect at reboot. These have been tested in our
testing environment, so they should be relatively problem-free. I'll be around
shortly after boot in case any issues arise.

Happy Sailing,

-- Lord Tarken Aurelius, the Sage
