Currently the spell recall animal soul only works on same continent and as
long as it is no sum.
You can visit the totems located on the continents to mitigate that however
why not add a rep check or a guild quest (or a combination of both?) where
your talisman (or another type of totem you can create at Ior) works the same
way as continent totems?
