So I was looking through some society options and noticed that there is an
option to give skillmax or spellmax to just a specific skill or spell. This
would be pretty cool if the society actually granted that bonus rather than
just allowing you to train/study to a higher percentage. This would be great
use in guilds that cap "essential" skills/spells to lower percentages.

Also rather than just granting the percentages you would have to spend exp
at the ss, similarly to the way stats are trained, to get these extra points.

Just a thought, since getting your racemax adjusted for just 1 item seems a
bit of a waste really.
