Can we please get additional help text when command piping is erroring? I use
pipes as separators in my prompt and it took me a while to realize what
"Illegal loop detected!" was referencing.

Something along the lines of "pipe_commands is set to ON" after the loop error
message would really help in tracking down the source of the issue.
