Player city townhall seems to be bugging, especially the (council) lists info.

I wrote bug report 30980 about it, but I don't know if anyone, who
works on the pcities, is looking into that.

Basically, in townhall command 'lists info' currently gives the general help:

lists info
Usage: lists info [list].

The 'rights' command says that I (Thelo) should have permissions
for full output:

Rights for Thelo in Arcanum:
...
You have the right to view contents and privileges of city lists.
You have the right to configure monsters in city.
You have the right to add new lists to city administration system.
...


In 2001 or so, the command output was more useful:

log-2001-05-31.txt.gz:
lists info
You receive the following information:
List name: council
Rights:
right to change descs in city rooms
right to set owners for individual rooms
privilege of being not attacked by hostile guards
right to view contents and privileges of city lists
right to add new lists to city administration system
right to build modules and exits in city
right to configure monsters in city
Players:
bahumat, bisqwit, dagel, gurb and stainedsoul
List name: thieves
(You can control this list)
Rights:
No rights.
Players:

I noticed this a while ago, but forgot to send update.

The 'lists info' command now works as expected. Thanks to the wiz who fixed
it!

With the command, I found out that my pcity had some non-existing council
members
and now I was able to remove them.
