stargazers and the seers of Arelium have deemed it necessary to point out
that the distant Heraena's orbit causes the red planet to be closer to the
Realm of the Bats than it has been during the last 33 years. While
astronomers consider this a great opportunity to study the red planet,
the wise augurs of King Agathon are worried that such an anomaly close to
the Day of Deities is disturbingly ominous. In any case, the citizens of
Arelium have been ordered to arm themselves as a measure of precaution.
