Please allow Channellers and Psionicists to join Inner_Circle without the need
for full mage levels, this would at least give some variety to the magical
background without the utter need for burning 10 mage levels. Magical bg
obviously has a much needed requirement to cast protection spells from inner
circle first and foremost, damage a close second. At the very least this would
open up some other builds instead of always needing to be a mage. I don't see
any issues with balance here, but maybe I'm crazy.
