Ok, most of you people know I like to reinc ... This new system is ok to me,
however what i think should happen is take out slow reincs. . they are just
dumb, just have normal/fast/instant make normal reinc exp% same as old slow
reinc exp%, make fast% normal% and so on. Slow reincs are more than likely
where these whines are coming from. I've been reincing for 10 years and while
this isn't quite the best system i've seen it's not so bad.
