Okay, this is getting ridicilous. I just did two missions, and got neither one
(guessing because I didn't have tiger mask on). There are still some of us who
want to stand behind our kills and not hide behind a mask. Why is this a
requirement now?
The other thing. What's with this "the mission doesn't die"-bullshit? Christ,
either remove this flower-piece-of-shit-tiger guild from the game if you think
it is so horrible that people get killed, or change it back as it was. As it
is now I've killed several missions that were just "killed" (ie. banished to
the outerworld with 1 hp) as I've summoned them right after a tiger finished
them off. What's the deal behind these changes? They are both for the worse if
you ask me.

Rocker had a great idea. As the system isn't flowery enough yet, here's a
suggestion for a new change:

(15:42) Rocker tells you 'come finish that mission right after it's available.
i don't wanna let it ruin my parties etc'

Make it so that the victim gets a message when the mission is active and then
he/she can make an appointment with the tiger when to get killed. We don't
want the missions to interfere with the victims doings in any way now do we.
That would be just WRONG.
