Might as well have your assassinations done privately now. Or just kill
people when they aren't a mission, even if it meant not getting paid. Or,
become a player killer and slaugher people left and right. At least these 3
examples are still fun.

people and they lose exp and stuff then thy feel bad about themsevles. So,
you cannot do that and be fair, mmmmm'kay? A nice soft assassination is the
answer! Then the target does not feel too bad and the Tiger is penalized for
his evil deed with silly. . er, sensible restrictions. Silly Jacen, actually
wants assassination to be like killing people and shit.
