I noticed monsters have started chaining their non-offensive spells
(mainly heals) out of combat. This post is not an official flame, just an
inquiry whether the wizard / arch responsible for the change has noticed
have much effect on balance of a healer monster this has. I was killing a
250k monster , got it down to very bad shape and went out for regen. As I
entered the room, the monster had healed himself, with his cure serious
wounds, to excellent shape. Sure, you can say it's only fair that monsters
use their abilities to keep alive just like players do, but I don't think
it's not quite in balance if monster heals thousands and thousands of points
of damage while I take a few ticks.
This was not meant to be a flame, just note from a player who plays
a lot and takes notice on balance issues. If this change was intentional and
higher authority deems it appropriate, you can consider this the end of this
discussion.

On a short lived Mud that I was a Code Slave, we had an option where you could enter the body of a monster and be somewhat active in that mobs fight against a party or players. I am just guessing, but that may be the case with the mob doing an active heal to full Hps. Or, it could just be that mobs load set of spells/skills. Either way, it does suck, but that after all Batmud ain\'t easy.
