I see that every low-total owner whines about that he will not get to train as
much as he used to with his current totals. But it seems that expcost training
skills and spells is now reduced, UNTILL you hit your racemax/90%, so don't
whine about it. Like dodge used to cost like 9m or so to 90%, now it costs
6,5m, but to 100% it used to cost 11-12m, and it now costs 17m.
So if you train wisely, you even can safe exp.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

I used to have my most important masteries(mom and moa) at 100, also quick chant and casts. I also had 16 nun levels on top of this. Now that i first tried to reinc to the exactly same type of character i estimated some 5M+ exp more required to get the same stuff to even 90 and this with few less levels even.
I feel this sucks, but hey i\'m a newbie.

cheaper. So this is downtune for newbies, but you now have to train correct
skills to correct % to get all good out of this.
