Ok, I hadnt reinced in 2.5 months.. so i take ONE free reinc like the
posting said you could have up to 3.. im going along fine,
I have regained about 4/5 of my totals.. all of a sudden
guild levels start costing cash again.. I read the news
religiously and check inform last every 3 minutes.. so what's up?
Naturally i wouldnt have reinced with less cash than
needed for the guild levels.. can some wiz at least
explain if this was a sudden change on purpose, can you guys
notify before adjusting something significant please?

Did you go to mortis and do 'freereinc' ? I think perhaps you did not,
because those are instant tax-free reincs and you wouldn't have to regain any
of your total at all.
