As i interpret the recent tunes, they were mostly aimed to reduce the 'gap'
between booned and unbooned players.

o A boon that adds +exprate has the exact flipside effect, if you want
exprate, take a shitty rate.

o Same goes for the +spregen boon, if you want to tick good, the cost is
often a low exprate.

There two boons are uh, likely to cause some balancing problems for players
with lots of boons.

Ie kobold mages with 150% exprate and same spr as thrikhrens, you see the
picture, but if this was sought for, carry on and ignore the things you just
read.
