Jesus people can everyone just calm down about powerhrs already? Ive never
seen so many grown men acting like children. I already warned everyone that
if there was continuous bitching about it was gonna be removed for good or for
worse. People here, BECAUSE ITS A FREE SOCIETY, have the right, yes the
fucking right, to bitch about whatever they feel is indecent or not right.
Its part of the way the game gets better. On the other hand, many of our (ho
ho) eldest players have imho a decidedly twisted view of what this game is
like because they have been highbies for so long. That is why we have admin
who can and will make decisions despite the wishes of these same players. I
deeply hope that gore/shinarae and the other admins who work so hard here for
no pesonal gain can see beyond the whines and whims of a few selfish players
and keep their actions and judgements free of anger. Remember, it is the
admin here who have the responsibility to make the game enjoyable and playable
for all, not the shortsighted players who whine. Imho i thought that power hrs
(and shins areas) were great for this game. I saw a lot of new interest and a
lot of new players, and that, imho, is what is best for batmud: new, active
players. If this game just continues to be a finnish/swedish oldboys club,
well it loses its interest for me, and im sure for a lot of others. On the
other hand i can certainly see gore/shins viewpoint, to work so hard on the
game and just see a lot of bitching about it. Heres one mortal who is willing
to say: thanks a lot for all the hard work, this place is the funnest game ive
played, and i hope it continues to improve.
