Whining is a part fo the game, has always been, will always be. In any online
community the amount of whine is always huge since not everyone are ever on
equal grounds and not everyone like the same things. Wizards have throughout
the years taken great satisfaction (public or not) in seeing stupid groundless
whines and I bet they keep doing it in the future.

I don't see why the whining scene would suddenly have changed and why it would
suddenly have become more 'severe' thus worth a punishment from the
authorities. If someone whines about something you don't agree with him, or is
stupid, or is annoying, or is just generally pissing you off with his stupid
ideas and whines - kill him, wipe his eq parties, dest his items, get him
disintegrated.

Asking arches to remove anyone who whines? That must be one of the stupidest
things ever, isn't that actually whining asking for it in the first place?
