I think it was Gore who said the reason why you can't up and up in order to
balance was to prevent players having 5k hps 5 years from now, or something
along those lines. it's good to cut back on stuff, as long as mobs lose their
50k hps down to 49khps as well. that 1k hp makes a diff between a death-crit
or another round to kill it.
