You know why some of us play BatMUD instead of other MUDs? Its probably
something to do with the fact that its BatMUD and I enjoy it more than those
"other MUDs." So why do we want to change the FUCK out of it. I understand a
recent HP-tune has stimulated all types of change ideas, but seriously this
bullshit has to come to a stop.
Maybe add a guild, maybe remove a guild, but to remove backgrounds, our
ability to have more than one guild, change the level structure... come on
people... do you REALLY want to change the shit out of BatMUD. In the several
years I've been playing, I've enjoyed most of the changes and resented a few,
but if ANY of these more drastic suggestions get implemented, well to me it
won't be BatMUD anymore. So call it CatMUD or something, just let me donate
enough to keep an old server running the game I enjoy so much right now.

For the love of God, leave it alone.
