Move penguin (2nd rebirth), ent (remove the weak heart bane) (1st), barsoomian
(uptune size, 3rd), valar (2nd rebirth) and merfolk (1st rebirth).
Also remove the invitation limits from valar, penguin and moomin. Oh yeah.
move moomin too.
Why not move all races to rebirth 1 and let mortals have only monolith until
they exp up.
