2) maybe introduce sometype of area rape prot to same people who rape once a
boot mobs/items and take away from other peoples fun, its done for eq mobs, i
dont see why it cant be done for areas, seems lame, but it also seems quite
lame that within minutes from boot same person or 2 will run through an area
and its then focked for the next 23 hours when reboot comes and he/she does it
again

I remember when Bat used to wizlock for about 6 or 8 hours night (US EST
time).
