what's the big deal, really. you can fumble summon and die to a slaad, you can
fumble dimdoor and waste your sps, you can fumble blasts and kill a
partymember, you can pop a wand and actually permanently lose an item. if,
once in 1000 hours of active playing or probably even less often, you 'fumble
combat sense' or whatever and your whole inventory has a chance to get
slightly damaged, is that really so bad :P

Umm, why don't you take the time to read the other posts and know that is not
what we are complaining about. We're complaining about one spell doing damage
to 10+ eq items in one go. To my knowledge, this has happened to 3 people in
the last week and it just sucks.

How about we look at it from the point of "magical realism"? :) If a spell
hits you. It doesn't say the spell hits your leg, head, torso or ass slot. It
says the spell hits you.

What would that mean? Probably that the spell affected whole your body. Hence,
every piece of equipment suffeerd a lil. And if (as Lim rightfully stated)
your combat sense betrayed you (and 3 people in a week out of at least a few
thousands players player it NOT a lot), well, that's just bad luck.

^o^
