Triad of Darkness is located inside a structure surrounded by mountains and
terrain that cannot be crossed in normal means. This area is called the
Archdiocese of Serinna, and has been reserved for Triad guild, and thus most
locations of the guild are located within this area, most notably the
Cathedral of Darkness and the Ziggurat of Serinna. The designated entrance to
the guild is located on the southside, where there are gatekeepers watching
over people who pass by.
There are some different ways of bypassing the gatekeepers. Some people might
be able to use mountaineering to cross the mountains (not sure if it's
possible, but if so, fine), some may use magical ships that fly over the
mountains and dock in the valley temporarily. In some cases, people have been
using teleport trees to bypass gatekeepers making the access to the guild
easier than originally intended. In some cases few newbies have died, because
they've arrived using trees because some guards are aggressive towards some
people while the gateguards simply block, preventing this from happening
accidentally.
In order to protect the intention and integrity of the guild area, starting
from July 1st, 2026, any permanent structures inside the walls of Serinna or
less than seven squares away from the gates leading to Serinna can be viewed
as an open declaration of war against the Triad of Darkness. These permanent
structures do not apply to visiting ships, mounts or anything that typically
moves and is in place only temporarily. Permanent structures DO include
player cities, navigator trees, and any similar portal magic that is
permanently in place over reboots.
This is not an archwizardly ruling that must explicitly be followed, it is
meant to discourage permanent structures in Serinna. While you are free to
disregard this message, you should accept that as long as you are
controlling permanent structures within specified area conditions, you
can be targeted by direct and asymmetric warfare. The elements of this warfare
are not specified. There will be no further warnings on this issue.
