Hi,
On an agreement between a number of archwizards, wizards and -> JUGGELO <-
a bunch of +hpmax giving spells (and one spellsong) were tuned to give
a varying bonus to different backgrounds. Being a downtune, this roughly
means that nomads get what they used to of the +hpmax spells, the rest
get less.
