Hello,

I recoded the leadership skill, check out the new help. The ambush feature
is automatically in use, obtaining leadership in a crisis is not. So the
skill can now also be used. The percentage given to various guilds was
modified. Crimsons get to max it, others get less. I'll try to come up
with a solution for people who have it over-trained right now, meanwhile
don't worry about it.
