Hello,

A new functionality has been introduced to newsreader today. You are now able
to rate the article you're reading. You can rate one article only once, the
rating has to be either -1, which means you don't liek the article, 0, which
means your standing towards this article is neutral (i.e. you don't care if a
feature suggested in ideas-wanted will get implemented or not), or 1, which
means you liked the article.

This functionality for now exists in mud-reader only, but will migrate to the
web soon enough. Later on I have plans to add ability to set your personal
limit which will allow you to auto-ignore articles rated lower than X.

This feature is supposed to be another way of expression your opinion on the
material posted by other player.
