I modified the bane system. Now each bane has can have severity factor which
determines how much of a discount/improvement you receive on a boon when
taking a bane.
Severity ranges 1 to 5: with a level 5 severity bane granting an entire full
boon
Using the "improve with bane" option still only gives you +10% on the boon
regardless of severity.
I am not planning on doing free reinc or boon/bane clearing because of this.
and finally, the majority of the existing banes are classified as severity 1,
which means they behave exactly as they used to.
Oh yeah and made the list boons/list banes in boba room slightly more
readable.
