I reimplemented news signatures handling a bit. From now on, you are able to
ignore news signatures. (seek under option '6' in 'news config'). The
signature will not be stored in the body of the message either, so it won't be
quoted upon reply. (That applies to automatic signatures only that is.)

Old articles, i.e. the articles posted before today, remained unchanged, hence
containing signatures no matter of your settings.
