I have reduced the guild level cost by a factor of roughly 30% or so. Also
there is now a maximum cost a single guild level can cost. This is currently
50k. I am pretty sure u will need to wait until boot for this to take effect.
So if you plan on reinc'ing today, you might want to wait.
